- A. A: We offer three convenient payment plans for you. You can choose to be approved based off your credit information where you may qualify for a 12-month payment plan with no interest. If you have no credit or bad credit, you can choose our no credit need option or you may select to pay for the item in full upfront.

A. All products sold on PayLaterStore.com are brand new, factory sealed.
Q. What is the interest rate?
A. We have multiple financing options available to fit your needs. Our APR ranges from 0% to 29.99%* depending on your credit. On our No Credit Needed option, we also offer all-inclusive fixed monthly payment plans, therefore everything is included in your monthly payment and there are no additional charges.
Q. How do I pre-Qualify?
A. It's quick & easy, simply click on the "Buy Now, Pay Over Time" button located at the top of our website. You will be asked to provide a few pieces of basic information. If you pre-qualify, we will provide you with a plan that suits you. You can also select your payment option during checkout. For our no credit needed option, please select “Payment Plan for Poor or No Credit” payment plan during the checkout process.
Q. What is your approval process?
A. During checkout of your selected products, you will be asked to submit a quick and easy application. Once your application is approved, we will follow up with you regarding your order.
Q. How quick is your approval process?
A. Our lender, Bread, makes credit decisions for applications within a minute. In some cases, however, a manual review may be required. In these instances, you will receive the credit decision within 1 business day via email. Checking your rate will not affect your credit score. For applications submitted through our no credit needed program decision is usually made instantly. In some cases, decision may take up to 24-hours.
Q. What information do you need for the credit application?
A. Everything we need can be found on our application form which includes, but is not limited name, address, phone number, etc..
Q. How long do I have to complete my purchase before my approval expires?
A. Your approval is valid for 30 days. Within this time frame, you can simply log onto our site and sign into your account; add product(s) and checkout. If it takes you more than 30 days for you to complete your transaction, you will need to submit a new application for credit approval.
Q. I have less than perfect credit. Will I still get approved with PayLaterStore.com?
A. PayLaterStore.com accepts wide range of credit. If you have no credit or poor credit, you can still qualify for our no credit needed leasing option.
Q. How long can I pay for my product(s)?
A. The available payment length is for 24 months and depending on your credit information, you may qualify for a 12-month payment plan with 0% APR. If you select the no credit needed option, the available payment length is for 12 months and we also offer a 90 days same as cash option.
Q. How long does it take to receive my product?
A. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Standard delivery is about 2-5 business days. If the option is available for the item(s) you selected, you may also choose to pick up your item in-store.
Q. Are there any fees or down payments?
A. Through our lending partner Bread, there is no down payment needed prior to the shipment of your order. Your 1st payment is due at least 30 days within the delivery of your order. Through our no credit needed program, an initial payment of $50.00* or less needs to clear before your order is processed for shipment.

A. Yes. You can pay off your balance at any time without any penalties.
Q. How do I make my monthly payments?
A. We can automatically debit your monthly payment from the method of payment you provide. You may use the following payment methods:

Products & Shipping
Q. When do my product(s) ship and where do you ship to?
A. Through our lending partner, Bread, your order will be released as soon as you complete the checkout process and once we complete the review of your account, which usually happens within 1 business day. For our no credit needed option, your order will be released for shipment once your first month's payment is cleared. We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we cannot ship large items such as TVs, Fitness, Major Appliances to Alaska and Hawaii. The no credit check leasing program does not ship to New Jersey, Vermont, Minnesota, or Wisconsin. Please allow 3-5 business days for the delivery of your product(s).
Q. What is White Glove Delivery?
A. Delivery agents will unload and place your items in the room of your choice. White glove delivery service generally includes 15 minutes of unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your item(s) up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs.
Q. How are large products, such as LCD TVs delivered?
A. Most TVs with a screen size of 26” or greater are delivered via White Glove Delivery. Most other products are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Q. What are the delivery times for White Glove Delivery items?
A. Delivery times are scheduled between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 2-hour window. Upon delivery, please inspect the item(s) carefully. If you notice any damage of the product, please note on the Proof of Delivery receipt, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Q. Are you going to contact me prior to delivery?
A. Yes, one of our representatives will call you before and after the delivery to ensure your order arrived in a timely and satisfactory manner. It is very IMPORTANT for us to be able to reach you to by phone to arrange the delivery and confirm receipt of your order.
Returns and Refunds
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order anytime before the shipment of your order. After delivery, if you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 21 days of receiving it. Simply give us a call at 310-231-6838 (Direct) or 888-428-5520 (Toll Free) or send an email to [email protected] Please note, the following items are non-returnable: opened software and large items such as fitness equipment, major appliances, furniture, TVs larger than 42-inches, riding lawn mowers, mattresses and other large items that ship via Freight.
Q. What if my product is damaged or defective or what if I haven't received my merchandise even though the tracking number shows it as delivered?
A. Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All shipping claims must also be reported within 24 hours. If you report 'non-receipt' of merchandise after the 24 hour window, we may not be able to file a shipping claim.

A. Yes! Transactions on this site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. On-line merchants are now required to demonstrate that they comply with the highest levels of payment information security to process secure monetary transactions.
