Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order anytime before the shipment of your order. After delivery, if you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 21 days of receiving it. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your order is damaged during transit or defective, please contact us immediately at 888-428-5520 during normal business hours or email us at [email protected]. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Jewelry Return Policy

All jewelry purchases from come with a Lifetime Guarantee. Your purchase includes a Lifetime Guarantee against defects that may cause loss or damage to your jewelry's setting or accent stones. In the case of diamond rings it also includes a one-year replacement guarantee against the loss of your jewelry's center stone.

Jewelry Guarantee Information
If due to manufacturer's defect you ever lose an accent gemstone or diamond from your jewelry item, will replace that accent gemstone with a gemstone of similar quality. If your setting is ever damaged, may repair, remake or replace the setting or center gemstone, at its sole discretion, at no or minimal cost to you. If you lose a side gemstone or your setting is damaged, you must send the jewelry back to If your center gemstone is lost from the original setting within one (1) year of purchase, will replace the gemstone at its cost. If your center gemstone is ever chipped or broken, without extraordinary wear, tear, use, or abuse, in its original setting, will replace the gemstone with one equal in quality and value to your original gemstone. If you lose your center gemstone within one (1) year of purchase, or if your center gemstone is ever chipped or broken, you must send the piece back to, along with your original purchase receipt. Center gemstone replacement is limited to once per lifetime of the purchaser. Replaced center gemstones are not warrantied. 

Jewelry Return Policy Limitations
This guarantee does not cover damage to jewelry other than that incurred in normal wear. This guarantee does not cover lost jewelry. Repair or service performed by a third party other than will void this guarantee. This guarantee is non-transferrable. All guarantee claims under the Lifetime Guarantee must be made by the original purchaser or the original gift recipient. This guarantee does not cover losses or damage by any successor owner of the jewelry, including but not limited to, second-hand purchasers, heirs or assigns. You must provide identifiable pieces of the jewelry for to honor this guarantee. If determines that it did not manufacture the original piece, it is under no obligation to honor this guarantee. Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to non-jewelry purchases. 

Jewelry Return Policy Returns and Exchanges is dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of your jewelry purchase and our services. If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with your purchase you can return it, in its original condition, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the day the order is shipped.


Merchandise Not Received

Before contacting us, please check with your neighbors or members of your household. if your tracking information shows delivered but you are claiming non-receipt of the merchandise, we will need to file a shipping claim. All shipping claims must also be reported within 24 hours. If you report 'non-receipt' of merchandise after the 24 hour window, we may not be able to file a shipping claim. Once we obtain the necessary information, we will file a shipping claim on your behalf. In some cases, shipping claims may take 5-10 business days to complete.
